I have had the misfortune of attempting to purchase a home listed by Markus and his team for the better part of a month. This is my first time buying a home, and I was genuinely excited to find a property close to the neighborhood I grew up in. Unfortunately, the experience that followed has been incredibly disappointing. Despite defects identified during the inspection, Markus has refused to address them or engage in what I consider a reasonable negotiation. More concerning, he is now refusing to sign the cancellation while simultaneously re-listing the property despite my understanding that we still have an open contract. As a first-time homebuyer, I expected a professional process and reasonable communication. Instead, I have been met with what I consider an extraordinary lack of professionalism and cooperation, and the situation has prevented me from confidently moving forward with my search for another home. I expected better from the leader of a team that otherwise appears to do good work. Markus, your team is ultimately judged by the example you set. Unfortunately, the example I've experienced here is not one I would want any prospective buyer to encounter. Do better. A real estate transaction should end with a successful sale and a commission check not a dispute that resembles something closer to a playground argument.

It took us a few years of looking, but we finally found our forever home. Markus was patient as he walked us through what felt like 100s of homes and he never got impatient with us. He was very knowledgeable with the sale of our old home the purchase of our new one.

Markus and team were great. They hung with us through a long, LONG search for a new house, and supported us during difficult negotiations for the sale our old house. They were consistent and clear in their communication and were always willing and able to answer our questions. We always felt like they had our best interest in mind and were more interested in us getting the right house than making a quick commission. Thank you Markus and team!

There is a reason so many people give him 5 stars! Working with Markus and his team, you can really see and feel the balance between personal (listening, being open, patient, guiding, and genuine) and professional (strategy, execution, follow-through, and shared excitement). I personally loved that he didn't tell me what I wanted to hear to "get a sale," instead he was honest, direct, and accurate with his approach so I knew exactly what to expect...and even then, he and his team over-delivered. His approach to lifelong relationships, not a person/house is a sale, is a recipe for success in my book...and I won't hesitate to work with him again.

Absolutely impressed with Markus's work. Frankly, he got me more than what I expected to get for the sale of my home and faster too. His knowledge of the area is deep, and knows exactly what he's doing. If I knew anyone selling a home in the area, I would sincerely and honestly reccomend them to work with Markus.
