Homes go quickly in Utah County and you want someone with experience and with a good reputation. If you want to get a home you have to get in and see the house and put in an offer quickly. Mark is your guy. He has lots of experience and a great reputation and that will get you the house.Mark has lots of good experience. They say experience is the best teacher and Mark has definitely been a good student of experience. He knows the market. Houses are a lot of money and Mark knows how to help you best use the money to get you what you want. He knows when a house is a good deal for you and works to get you a showing reliably and consistently. He always shows up on time. He also will help you write the best offer to get you the house. Because of his experience, he has already seen and dealt with many of the road blocks that always seem to crop up when buying a house. So he has the knowledge and experience in handling them. Marks experience has made him a great communicator. He can communicate with other realtors, services that may be needed, and you. And that is what you need to find the house you are hoping for. He has got our price reduced when items need to be addressed or has them properly addressed for us. His experience really helps make the transition go smoothly. We have bought several houses with Mark and know his experience has been a major player in getting us what we want.Mark also has a great reputation. He is a great person. ZillowVERIFIED Mark helped us sell our home during the slowest time of the year--we closed in January of this year--by promoting our property through his extensive network at Berkshire Hathaway. He presented our home to his network's agents early in the day prior to officially listing it. That afternoon while the photographer was inside taking pictures a potential buyer walked through and later submitted a full-priced offer! Though that buyer backed out, Mark worked expertly in our behalf with other offers we received using creative contractual methods and negotiations enabling us to sell our home at a price very close to our asking price. Mark also uses premium support staff for the photography, as well as video (drone flyover), which made all the difference in how our home was professionally promoted. Mark is the best!

We originally thought we'd be getting a winter condo in SLC but ended up with a suburban home in Highland that has beautiful views, a great community feeling, and amazing amenities. He helped us understand the tradeoffs of all the different options, was patient, and helped us negotiate a great deal. I was impressed with his expertise in all aspects of his profession. He took the time to teach me the things I needed to know to be successful. He was not just trying to SELL me on a property. After understanding my goals he showed me the best properties to meet my goals. It was fun to learn from someone who really knew a good value and what type of properties and neighborhoods do best over time. In addition, Mark is highly skilled in real estate negotiations. He saved me a lot of money working each deal, I was impressed on how hard he worked and what he was able to do even after the offer was accepted. After closing on a number of homes he offered some great advice and coaching on renting those homes and dealing with renters.
