By having worked with most categories of investors, I am attuned to the concerns that are most likely to be faced by each client profile ?I am comfortable working on transactions in any part of the country and have established relationships with brokers and buyers from across the US and beyond. I am relentless when my clients have a mission!
One of my clients couldn’t buy this home for $1 under the list price because the sellers would then go upside down so they would not sell. The listing agents didn’t even get paid. My buyer wanted this house so bad, before we even put in the offer he told me he and his wife went to the home every night to pray. That boosted my motivation even more. I had to make it happen for them. Long story short…After 3 different appraisals, 3 different appraisals challenges, 3 different lendors, divorces, prayers, we made it happen and everyone won. Everyone on both sides of the transaction are still great friends today.
I was a USN Seabee, and got out in 2008 stationed here in Ventura County. In the Seabees we do all of the construction work for the US forces. 5 Seabees I served with got out of the Seabees around the same time as me. Since we had construction experience and a lot of grit, we flipped houses here for 10 years, then I got my Real Estate license and they all spread out throughout the country. I stuck around here and now I help clients invest, sell, and buy here in Ventura County.
