ZillowVERIFIEDI have never seen such unprofessionalism in a realtor ever. Run, don't walk to a different broker. No inspection was arranged. The HOA had not been contacted. The roof had an obvious issue and there was water damage inside. That should have been addressed well before I became involved. I was granted to act for my father who had signed a contract for this home with this agent. We had another agent working with my dad. Mark sniped that person's business, and then did not represent my father as he should as a so called buyer's agent. The agent did not set up closing. Nor did he bother to attend the closing. Sadly this agent took advantage of an elderly, disabled man.
