He made what couldve been a very stressful situation much easier on me and my family. Seth is kind, easy to talk to, helpful, understanding, and went above and beyond what I expected of him. Lee was outstanding to work with. I am retired military working overseas and despite time zones Lee was always quick to respond with any question I had regarding the property I wanted to buy in Tennessee. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in a realtor ever. Run, don't walk to a different broker. No inspection was arranged. The HOA had not been contacted. The roof had an obvious issue and there was water damage inside. That should have been addressed well before I became involved. I was granted to act for my father who had signed a contract for this home with this agent. We had another agent working with my dad. Mark sniped that person's business, and then did not represent my father as he should as a so called buyer's agent. The agent did not set up closing. Nor did he bother to attend the closing. Sadly this agent took advantage of an elderly, disabled man.

Seth is absolutely amazing at what he does! He is very knowledgeable and keeps in communication throughout the entire selling process. He is very professional and helpful. We have used him twice now for two of our properties and will definitely use him again! Could not recommend a better realtor than Seth!
