4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
One of my most memorable recent transactions was helping a military family relocate to Niceville from out of state. They were on a tight timeline and couldn’t see most homes in person, so our team worked closely with them through virtual showings, video tours, and constant communication to make the process seamless.
We found them a beautiful home in Bluewater Bay that checked every box: great schools, a quiet neighborhood, and close to Eglin Air Force Base. From contract to closing, we coordinated everything remotely and had them moving into their new home right on schedule.
It was a reminder of why I love what I do, helping families start a new chapter on the Emerald Coast and making what could be a very stressful process feel easy and enjoyable.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I’ve always had a passion for people and problem-solving, and real estate naturally brought both together for me. Before becoming a Realtor, I worked in sales and leadership, which taught me the importance of communication, trust, and results. After moving to the Emerald Coast over 25 years ago, I saw how quickly the area was growing and knew I wanted to help others build their future here.
What started as a single career move quickly became a mission. I built The Hiller Group to provide exceptional service for buyers and sellers across Niceville, Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Crestview, Freeport, and all the surrounding communities. Every transaction is personal to me; it’s about helping people find the right home, make smart investments, and truly enjoy life along the Emerald Coast.
