Mark brought in a contractor (do the work now and pay when the house closes). I was amazed at both the reasonable price and also how fast the prescribed work was completed. House was show ready in 3 weeks! House sold for 10k above asking price and closed smoothly. Couldnt ask for anything more than that !

Mark KNOWS the North Fulton, South Forsyth area like the back of his hand, he is blessed with "intuition" and has the proper "connections" to get the deal done. After working with a different realtor and not getting the results I wanted, I turned to Mark. I sent Mark the pictures of two previous homes we had put offers in on and lost. Rather than having to approach him with homes to investigate, Mark actually FOUND us our new home and aligned us with the proper individuals to get the deal done. 30 days later, we were homeowners. Mark also threw in a home warranty and was kind enough to give our previous agent a referral fee even though he probably wasn't legally bound to do so. I am so eternally grateful for the job he did for us. Highly recommend.
