Luckily one of our good friends referred us to Marisa and once we spoke with her, we knew we didn't have to look any further. She's a phenomenal realtor and always gave us the facts as well as the time to make up our mind. We've had friends talk about being pressured by their realtor and constantly trying to push them into buying a home when they weren't sure it was the right fit for them - we didn't get any of that with Marisa! Instead Marisa understood what we were looking for and was great at guiding us through tours of 15+ homes and 3 offers before we purchased the home that we wanted! By accident, we found Marisa on the web. She was very engeretic, enthusiatic, and lively in what she does, and very quick to get the job done in the shortest amount of time. She truly believed the condo could be sold by the closing date of the house, which she did. We dont know how she did it, but she went through all of the impossible obstacles and tasks to make it happened. The net result is that we got the house. She went above and beyond the call of duty.
