You can have full confidence in Marion and her team. They absolutely know what they are doing and will guide you through all the details. Her recommendations for last minute improvements and staging were spot on. We sold our house in just a weekend, with multiple offers and walked away with a final sale price well above asking! We are military and have owned and sold many different homes. This was by far the smoothest experience. Thank you Marion and team. I would recommend Move With Marion 100 percent!

Marion helped me get five offers for my home in Falls Church, VA. Her recommendations for renovations were what the buyers wanted and what they were willing to pay for. The team she provided to perform the renovations were excellent, and the home staging company she hired did and excellent job. Highly recommend Marion for both buyers and sellers.

I have known Marion for several years and have always known her as a woman with integrity and drive. Marion and her team are great professionals, making the sale of our townhouse as smooth as it could possibly be. About three years ago, Marion freely offered a consultation to help us prepare our house for market. Upon her advice, we renovated the kitchen and baths. I LOVED my kitchen and got to enjoy it for three years! The renovations also attracted more bids and we ended with a sale of over $20K over our asking price. Thanks Marion! I couldnt be more pleased!

We could not be more pleased with our experience working with Marion and her team in the sale of our home, and purchase of our new home! We knew we were in good hands from the moment we met Marion, and she exceeded all of our expectations. Marion went above and beyond to find our next home aEUR" networking with other realtors to find something that would suit our wants and needs, and negotiated the best deal possible for us. She guided us through selling our home during the beginning weeks of the COVID-19 outbreak, an unpredictable time to say the least, and her advice and guidance had our house on the market, conducting private showings, under contract, and SOLD in 10 days! Truly unbelievable. Her team was also a pleasure to work with. Her husband Al takes the most beautiful photos aEUR" to include aerial photos with a drone, and Cathryn, the Operations Manager, was with us every step of the way. Marion and her team are true professionals and a class act all the way!

We chose Marion with MoveWithMarion to sell our home after we saw how well she conducted an Open House for a neighbor. Marions enthusiasm for her clients home was amazing and right away we knew she was a high performance realtor. We were not disappointed we hired her; our home was on the market for 3 days, received 7 offers, and our final price was far and away over asking! Marion exudes passion for her work and it is clear she absolutely loves what she does. She has mastered the art and science of a sale, but also very much understands the personal aspect behind it all. Marions whole team was top notch from the beautiful photos and 3-D floor layout designs for buyers to peruse, to her assistant, Cathryn, who expertly navigated the challenges of deadlines and paperwork with three title companies! Communication from both Marion and Cathryn was superb. We give her and her team our highest recommendation.

Working with Marion on finding a home was terrific!! Any time you are buying a house, it is a stressful process, but Marion made it MUCH less stressful!! She truly listened to what we were looking for and wanted in a house and worked diligently to find us what we wanted. I had NO issues getting in touch with Marion and she always ensured we understood and were comfortable with where we were in the process. From the day we met her, we truly enjoyed Marion's professionalism, friendliness and experience of the local area. We relied on it!! We will no doubt use Marion as our agent again in the future!
