Review Marina did a phenomenal job assisting me in purchasing my first investment property. Her expertise in the markets geographic area, consideration of resale value in those areas and current market trends were instrumental when considering properties to view. She was always responsive and tentative to any questions or concerns I had. It was impressive working with a realtor as informative as her and who also had my best interest in mind-will definitely be working with Marina again for any future purchases.

Review Marina is hands down the best realtor I worked with. She helped me purchase my first multi unit and puts her clients first before commission. She truly gives her honest opinion and tells you whether a deal is good or not. Shell even go above and beyond and contact a listing agent after a house is marked contingent to have your offer still be on the table as a backup - thats how I was able to get my house under contract in a sea of high competition. Without a doubt 100% recommend her and she will be my realtor for many more properties to come! Work with her already!

Review I recently had the pleasure of working with Marina to purchase the dream home meant for my family. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Marina was professional and friendly. She is highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure my family always felt like a priority. She kept us informed at all times, answered any of our questions even during her days off. She was also a great help with translating everything in spanish to my family. After months of searching, my family began to lose a bit of hope, but Marina helped us find the perfect home in just a week. We are extremely satisfied and can assure you Marina will provide you with the same exceptional amount experience.

Review Not only was I looking for a building for myself, but with my TWO sisters. Marina had to deal with multiple personalities, likes and dislikes, and remained positive. She has many connections with loaners, movers, and contractors, a full package. We felt prioritized and heard with our needs. She works with Luis Treto , from Guaranteed Financial, who helped with our loan. Thank you, Marina and Luis, for helping us find our dream home!

Review Marina was an amazing real estate agent. She was recommended to me by two of my coworkers at work. I said to myself she must be good. My expectations were set high and I was not disappointed. She explained every single step of the process and if I had any questions she made sure to answer us thoroughly . Although Buying a home is a very tedious and over whelming decision. She made us feel comfortable. I had complete confidence in any decisions I made with her guidance and knowledge. She Took us through various walkthrough of homes that met our criteria . Needless to say if youre thinkibg of buying a home or a building I recommend going to Marina.

Review Marina is simply the best at what she does, we trusted her with our listing and couldnt have been happier, she listed at fair market value and we got 50k over asking, there were multiple offers and she handled all the marketing. She is the reason you work with an agent, I highly recommend putting your house purchasing and selling decisions in her trusted hands.

Review I worked with a past realtor and the experience wasnt good because she devoted to sell whatever she had in the market than rather sell me a good property that matched my likings. Marina is really great for people who are buying homes for the first time and will go above and beyond to show what will benefit you. Marina is also well experience in multi-unit properties and gave me great feedback about how to manage and what to look for. She knows how to get you a great deal which is true from my experience. I highly recommend her and I know you wont regret it.
