ZillowVERIFIED Marilyn is a wonderful, professional realtor. My husband and I were interviewing realtors in August to sell our Ferndale home. We had pretty much made up our minds. Our tenants at the time had just bought a home using Marilyn and insisted we give her a call. We called and asked if she could meet us? She said aEURoeyes, give her 20 minutes and meet at WoodsaEUR? After our meeting we decided to use Marilyn. She sold our home in about 30 days. We had already moved to Bothell and it was difficult to meet all the different people involved in selling our home. Inspectors, contractors, gardeners etc. Marilyn was able to meet them for us and save us the drive up. She was always available, either by phone, texted or email. Answered all our questions and more questions and helped immensely in the process of selling our home. We closed in late November. The following February we needed to find a home to purchase in Snohomish county. I called to ask if she could help us with that. Buck realty also has an office in Lake Stevens. Thinking she would refer us to an agent from that office. Marilyn saidaEUR? she would love to help us find our new home.aEUR? So, I would send her homes and get information on them from her. She drove down several times in order to show us homes. I believed I found the right house after we looked at the first one. She aEURoe Said You cant buy the first one you seeaEUR? Lol. The following weekend she took us to look at several homes including the first one. So my husband could see it. He wasnt as impressed as I was at first. We placed an offer on a townhouse at $7k over asking and was severely under offered. My husband said aEURoe maybe we should make an offer on the first houseaEUR?? Of course that made me very happy. Marilyn investigated and found no offers had been placed, so we offered 10k under, expecting a counter offer. However to our surprise they excepted!! Marilyn again made the process easy and most of the documents were done online savings us time and miles. We closed in 30 days. I can highly recommend Marilyn as a realtor for either buying or selling. Thank you again Marilyn, you are awesome!!

We were overseas during 10 months of the process and Marilyn helped arrange maintenance of the property for us. She spent many hours on the phone with us, at odd times due to the time difference, going over our concerns and confusions. Marilyn was the saving grace during a difficult and stressful time in our lives. To top it all off, my husband was deployed in the Middle East when closing time came.
