ZillowVERIFIED Marie-Noelle is an amazing agent. She worked so hard and diligently to get me a lovely home. It took several months with quite a bit of hours on her part. She was fierce in her negotiation with a property that had many potential buyers. She got me a next-day inspection from a competent inspector so that our final offer could be stronger (no inspection contingency). At 7pm on a Sunday (after 2 or 3 offers from us) it looked like our offer would be rejected. She reached out to the selling agent to reinforce the offer and prompted my broker to do the same. AND IT WORKED! Additionally, she worked every hard in the appraisal process to ensure I wouldn't have to pay any additional costs. Finally, it's important to say that she did all of this work for a one bedroom condo that cost $240,000. That's such a small payout in this market for an agent! But it didn't matter to her. She treated my tiny condo purchase the same as a million dollar home. She also has a killer sense of humor which is always a plus.
