It turns out Marie does her own staging and keeps a warehouse of furnishing for that purpose, something she enjoys doing! I didn't end up buying that home, but through our exchange at the time I felt she would have handled the transaction professionally and efficiently. So when it came time to sell my home, I recalled Marie Drew first out of the countless other realtors I had met. Prior to even contracting with her, she had pulled all of the city records on the house and was well prepared. She knew I would be out of town, and took the reins on helping to get the house ready for sale, from meeting with contractors, to staging and attending to the finer details, to a strategically targeted marketing plan. Our relationship started when I wanted to put my house up for rent and she was my property manager for over 2 years and in this capacity she excelled. But when I decided to sell that house, that's when her knowledge and passion truly shown. She kept me in the loop at all times prior to putting the house on the market; showing me her research on setting a price, telling me what needed to be done to the house to make it more appealing and then making sure it all got done and the list goes on and on. My house went on the market and Marie had it sold at slightly below asking price in less than 24hrs. It was impressive. But she didn't stop there. She held my hand through fixing issues that were found upon inspection. She found an electrician and a plumber to handle all the little issues and I just had to write a check. She is amazing!I have bought and sold many homes in my life and by far, Marie Drew is the best real estate agent I have ever had. She went above and beyond by helping to suggest what we could do to command max dollars for the house but put no pressure on me to make the decisions. She had great referrals to get the needed work done. She helped to lightly stage/ "spruce up" the house since I live out of state and the house was vacant (for free)! She brought FIVE offers to me in five weeks (2 were back up offers since I had accepted the 3rd). Her office staff (Erik) kept things moving along at closing and responded quickly if I had any questions during the selling process. They were responsive, professional, honest, and really just nice to work with! I felt I was in good hands the whole time and I don't often feel that way! It's hard to find caring, committed people who will actually deliver what they say they will after you sign on the dotted line, but Marie did. I was extremely HAPPY in every step of the process and thrilled I picked her as my agent. I would whole heartedly recommend her to anyone! (PS, she also sold the house across the street in less than a month and I spoke with that neighbor, who was also thrilled).

ZillowVERIFIED Marie Drew was recommended as a seller of water front properties. We used her services to arrive at a listing price and a satisfactory offer was made almost immediately. A major concession was later made regarding an inspector's assessment of the condition of the seawall. I personally did not agree with his opinion but agreed with the concession as the selling price was still above a number we would have been okay with. Other than that all went very smoothly and although the sale has not closed a this date it would appear there are no more glitches that might appear to prevent it.
