ZillowVERIFIED Maribel is an outstanding realtor! She's represented us for several home sales and she is extremely professional and responsive. During our most recent home sale she helped us sell despite the COVID pandemic and an unusual slump in the spring market. In addition our home was not easy to sell, but she made it happen. If you are looking for a realtor in the Spotsylvania/Fredericksburg area look no further. Thank you again Maribel for all your help!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I could not be more pleased with the experience or more satisfied with the result of using Maribel as our realtor. She is definitely one of the most reliable and knowledgeable in the business. From the start of the process listing our home until we closed on our new home, she was always accessible and professional. She did an absolute stunning job of staging our house and capturing it through photographs, that we instantly had dozens of buyers showing up at our door as soon as it listed. Our house was quick to sell and at a great price. In terms of helping us find a home, she was very patient and her top priority was making sure we found exactly want we wanted. When we found our dream home, she helped us negotiate an amazing price! She kept us informed and on track through the closing process and we managed to close on both houses on the same day and within 30 days of being under contract. I would highly recommend Maribel for all of your realtor needs!

ZillowVERIFIED We could not have been happier with the support and help we received from Maribel. She helped us stage the home to show its best side without recommending any costly major improvements or maintenance. Most importantly, when it came time to negotiate a sales contract, her detailed understanding of the VA loan process help us avoid several mistakes that could have prolonged the process. Maribel provided good council during the back and forth of the negotiations while helping us to make good decisions regarding price and terms. When problems arose, she worked tirelessly to find fair and equitable solutions. Maribel was a great partner to have on our team throughout the entire sales process.

ZillowVERIFIED Maribel brought to the table strong promotional skills for visibility of our property, plus a common sense approach to pricing the property. Additionally, she had specific references for us for a variety of fix ups we did. It would have been much more difficult without her help.

ZillowVERIFIED Ms Barker is one of the best real estate agents my wife and I have had the pleasure of working with. Ms Barker anticipates our needs and concerns in a proactive way. She has represented us on 2 home transactions in a 2 month time frame and we are very pleased. Anyone would be fortunate to have Ms Barker representing their interest. She is a very hard worker unlike other real estate agents we've encountered. Its refreshing!

ZillowVERIFIED When you work with Maribel, you not only get the experience of a professional realtor who has lived in the area for years and knows it well, but you also receive an added bonus as she understands what is "behind the walls" from her experience in renovating houses. We were truly amazed and grateful for her ability to spot problems and explain what was involved both in cost and effort to correct them.Since we vacillated between continuing to work with our builder or buying a home as market conditions changed, working with us required patience. Although Maribel would receive no compensation if we had chosen to continue the buiding process, she always responded immediately when we called to see another new home on the market and even showed up smiling. We've worked with many realtors over the years but none compare with Maribel! We would definitely use her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Maribel is one of the most profession agents I have worked with in the Fredericksburg Area. Her knowledge of Fawn Lake made her a asset when I sold my house there. Through her marking of my house, she was able to find the buyer as well. Thanks Maribel
