Marianne and Will both worked with us to help us purchase our home in Arlington and they were extremely professional, savvy, and hard-working. When we found the home we wanted, Marianne and Will mobilized to help us to visit the property, conduct a walk-through of the home with a contractor, and submit a contract within a period of about 10 hours. We ended up losing the contract to another bid that was submitted just hours before, but Marianne recommended contacting the seller's agent to register that our contract was the second contract submitted (out of numerous bids in a 24-hour period). When the winning contract ended up falling through, the seller's agent contacted us as the next in line to see if we were still interested in the property--and we were!
