ZillowVERIFIED We had our mother's home with another realtor for 6 months with no success. The house was in need of repair and updating. We were anxious to sell the house and needed to find a realtor who would aggressively market our home and sell it. We contacted the Synergy Realty Group at Keller Williams, they were quick in making the necessary changes to sell the house. Marcile recommended sprucing up the curb appeal - she even met the gardener to tell him exactly what to do! They took professional photos, they priced the home realistically, they used social media as well as traditional forms of marketing. They contacted investors, created interest in the house and held an open house. Marcile communicated with us at every step. ZillowVERIFIED Is there another agent better than this guy? No, says I. Answered every question I had no matter what time of the day. The reason I chose him to sell my house was because of his sincerity and knowledge of real estate. I didn't want to hire a pushy "used-car salesman" like agent. I wanted to feel like I had someone working for me that had my best interests at the front of their mind. He literally had us under contract within a week. Just a great overall experience that can be stressful if you don't choose the right person.
