FAQ
My best advice for homebuyers is to get pre-approved early and work with a Realtor who knows the Douglasville and Atlanta markets inside and out. I help buyers understand local trends, negotiate effectively, and make confident decisions. Whether it’s your first home or an investment property, I’ll guide you every step of the way to ensure a smooth and successful closing.
For sellers, presentation and pricing are key. I recommend decluttering, staging, and making small improvements that add value. With my proven marketing strategies and years of experience in Douglasville real estate, I help sellers position their homes to attract qualified buyers quickly and maximize their sale price.
I’ve proudly worked with first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, investors, and homeowners selling both residential and luxury properties. My background working with top builders in the Atlanta area has also allowed me to assist new construction buyers and sellers seeking professional market insight.
One of my favorite transactions was helping a first-time buyer who had almost given up on finding an affordable home. Through strategic negotiation and strong communication, we secured their dream home below asking price. Seeing their excitement at closing was the most rewarding part of my job.
I started in real estate in 2006 as a new home sales consultant, representing some of Atlanta’s top builders. My passion for helping people achieve homeownership inspired me to earn my broker’s license and grow my business to serve families and investors across Georgia.
Yes. In addition to my broker’s license, I’ve received extensive training in sales, negotiation, and market analysis. My experience working with developers like H.J. Russell, The Jolly Development Group, and Hedgewood Development Group has equipped me with deep knowledge of new construction, investment strategies, and the Douglasville housing market.
