ZillowVERIFIEDI am writing to provide an enthusiastic referral for Ms. Marcia Love, who served as our realtor during our recent relocation from Pennsylvania to Georgia. If it were possible to award ten gold stars for her exceptional service, I would not hesitate to do so. From the onset, Marcia demonstrated a keen attention to detail and respect for our preferences. When I initially reached out online, specifying a preference for text communication, Marcia was the only realtor who complied. This initial impression of her diligent attention to client needs set the foundation for our working relationship. Over a span of five months, Marcia consistently exhibited professionalism and dedication, guiding my husband and me through the complex process of finding a home. She worked tirelessly, identifying properties that suited our lifestyleaEUR"specifically, those with ample backyard space for our Great Danes and French Bulldog. Her commitment extended beyond mere property listings, ensuring we engaged with the best local inspector to assure us of a secure investment in an unfamiliar market. Marcia maintained constant and clear communication, pursuing multiple offers with late-night diligence. Her unwavering commitment and personable nature made a typically stressful process remarkably seamless and enjoyable. Beyond facilitating our home purchase, Marcia provided invaluable after-sales support. She connected us with a network of essential service providers, including landscapers, construction professionals, pest control services, and utility companies. On one occasion, she even offered to clean the property herself to ensure a flawless transition for us. Marcias exemplary service impacted our family so profoundly that our son purchased a property through her the following day, a testament to the trust she engenders and the satisfaction she delivers to her clients. Without reservation, I recommend Ms. Marcia Love to any prospective homebuyer or seller. Her dedication, professionalism, and thoughtfulness consistently exceed expectations, making her an outstanding choice for anyone in need of real estate services. Thank you for considering my referral for Marcia Love. Should you require further information, I am happy to provide additional insights based on our exceptional experience. Thank You Marcia... ZillowVERIFIEDWe couldnt have asked for a better realtor than Marcia for our second home purchase! From the very beginning, she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Marcia truly went above and beyond to understand our needs, provide thoughtful guidance, and ensure we found the perfect home. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and unwavering support made all the difference. She navigated every step with professionalism and care, always advocating for our best interests. What sets Marcia apart is not just her knowledge of the market but also her genuine kindness and dedication to her clients. Thanks to Marcia, we now have a home that we absolutely love. If youre looking for a realtor who will work tirelessly to make your home-buying experience a great one, Marcia is the best choice!
ZillowVERIFIEDMarcia went above and beyond with helping us find our forever home, she even met us Christmas Day at our house so we could look at it, she was always available to us when we called, texted, or emailed her. She guided us through the closing process and explained all documents we had to sign. She is an amazing realtor and the avenues are blessed to have her.
ZillowVERIFIEDI loved working with Marcia. She is that rare combination of intelligence, integrity and kindness. She graciously answered my questions as she helped me navigate through a process that was incredibly foreign to me. Marcia also has a wonderful light energy about her that makes a potentially stressful experience very enjoyable. I felt like I had a supportive friend on my side, only this friend was a very effective negotiator who understood the nuances of real estate. Marcia was able to close a deal on a home that will be the source of joy for my family for years to come. I would highly recommend Marcia to anyone wanting to close on any kind of real estate deal.
ZillowVERIFIEDMarcia Love, where do I begin! Our church Greater Harvest Family Worship Center was looking for a new building for our church. I reached to her to view another property it was nice but didn't meet our church needs. That day before leaving she said "I'm going to find you all a church". She saw our hearts and our vision and she was determined to find us a church. Within weeks she call and said, "I have found you a church, and the church was amazing everything we needed and more. Marcia was so easy to talk to about the property, she let me know everything concerning the property making calls for us even what I didn't know she told us how to do it. That let me know that she cared and wanted to be sure this property would meet all our needs. Marcia was there with us from being to end leading and guiding us through this process. We now call Marcia our family and the angel that God sent to find us a beautiful place of Worship. If I had to do this process again, I couldn't do it without Marcia Love...
ZillowVERIFIEDMarcia is THE realtor you want. She seems more interested in serving her clients than herself. On the first occasion we couldnt gain access to the property, so with great effort she obtained a key, visited the house (we were out of state,) and sent videos and multiple photos. On the second occasion she represented us on a property another fifty miles away. The deal had a lot of snags, both contractually and financially, and IT WAS ONLY through her efforts and perseverance that the deal came to a happy conclusion. We would not be here without her assistance. We love our house and wouldnt hesitate for one second to use Ms Marcia as our agent again.
ZillowVERIFIEDMarcia made finding a home easy and effortless for me. She went through every step of the process, from finding a home to signing the final papers. I never once felt like I was on my own with anything. She is very knowledgeable of all aspects of finding and buying/selling a home, and could answer any questions I had immediately. Buying a home is a huge commitment, and I was absolutely terrified. I would never have made it without Marcia. She made everything less complicated and worked tirelessly with me until I had the keys to my perfect new home in my hand.
