Marca was patient and very understanding while guiding me through the entire process of preparing and selling the home of a loved one who had recently passed away. I had not been in the housing market for a number of years, nor did I know much about the house itself. She provided comparisons of recent sales in the area and then helped prepare the home for sale by staging it to highlight its best features. She stayed in touch frequently and provided updated information, such as the current market conditions, which changed rapidly during that period of time. Marca made a wonderful agent for my partner and I in the home buying process. As first time home buyers, my partner and I had A LOT of questions, about everything every step of the way. Marca made sure to answer them fully so that we understood, and followed up if she didnt have the answer right away. She was always communicative and did a great job getting as much information as possible for us regarding each house we looked at or offered on.
