Marc Schaeffer values customer service above all else. Marc has 10 years of sales experience and 6 years as a licensed real estate agent working with clients ranging from first time buyers to high net worth individuals. As a co-op owner himself and a father of a 5 year old, he understands the challenges of raising a family in New York City. Marc holds the rank of Eagle Scout and has carried the lifelong philosophy of "Be Prepared." His background as an actor and dancer helped him to develop strong interpersonal skills, helping him effectively read body language and ask the right questions. When he is not selling real estate, Marc loves spending time with his family and friends. He enjoys cooking, eating new cuisines, triathlons, wine, networking as the President of his BNI Chapter, and laughing away as a member at the Friars Club. Marc has lived in NYC for over 15 years and loves learning about the history of NYC and landmarked buildings.
