We are extremely grateful to Marc for his invaluable assistance in helping us purchase our first home. Introduced through a mutual friend, we were immediately impressed with his professionalism and quality of work. Marcs prompt and detailed responses to all our queries, without ever making us feel rushed, were both refreshing and reassuring. His market knowledge and negotiation skills were crucial in securing our home. We highly recommend Marc to any new buyers with complete confidenceaEUR"if house hunting were an Olympic sport, Marc would take the gold!

Marc was excellent. He quickly became a trusted adviser who understood exactly what we were looking for and guided us every step of the way both buying and selling. He had a deep understanding of both the areas we were searching in, as well as the market that we were looking to buy and sell in, and gave us invaluable advice. When we found our dream house, he gave us a realistic assessment of the market and helped us negotiate a winning bid. And his advice and help when selling was just as valuable, if not more. From helping us get the property ready for sale, to staging and pricing, Marc set up a winning sales strategy that worked extremely well. All while maintaining a calm, focused, supportive attitude that made a very stressful process as stress-free as possible. I not only recommend him highly, I have already recommended him to friends and would use him again for any other real estate needs.

Marc was incredibly helpful, patient and understanding during our home searching and buying process. We feel very lucky to have met Marc. His knowledge, expertise, and kindness overall is second to none!

Marc responded to my random text on a weekend and never hung up on me over my income, showed me numerous homes in the city with a pleasant attitude, and drove out to pick me up from Scarsdale station at 5:01 pm one Friday afternoon to show me two homes, even though the odds of me actually buying seemed extremely slim. A skilled agent with a good heart.

I had the pleasure of working with Marc last year when I moved out of New York City. His expertise and patience made the experience less stressful. I felt like I had a knowledgeable person by my side to help answer questions about units, neighborhoods, and timelines. I highly recommend him.
