Our experience with Tony and his staff began with a staff member, in a kind and professional manner, checking in with me when we were trying to sell a relative's house in the For Sale by Owner format. The staff member wished us well, even provided some selling tips, and politely asked if he could keep in touch with us. Because of this level of professionalism, after three months of FSBO futility, we knew where to turn. We met with that staff member and Tony -- the quality of their presentation ended any doubt that we needed to put the house-selling process into their hands. Here's the deal: they made several promises in regard to the level of time and effort they would devote to the sale of our house -- and then kept every one of those promises. Not just Tony and our rep, but their entire team went to work the day we signed with them, making calls, establishing contacts, scouring call lists. I know it's not supposed to be this easy, and would never promise the same results -- but they found a wonderfully-qualified buyer within a week. Review What a pleasure it was to have Camryn Fox and her real estate group handle the sale of our condominium. Camryn sent us some comparable condominiums to help navigate the highest price we could expect to get. We signed our listing documents on January 28th. Camryns team had an awesome flyer writeup with computer generated staging of furniture in our empty condominium. The pictures showed the potential of the inside even though it was empty at the time. By February 10th our condominium was officially pending as an offer had been made to purchase the condominium at the price we wanted. We had a few issues that were out of everyones control, but Camryn anticipated problems, forwarded important information to the inspector and appraiser, pushed to keep the closing date as short as possible, and came through every time. She and her team genuinely care, and it shows in how they support you every step of the way. Our Condominium closed on March 25, which was great timing given some of the challenges that came up during inspection and an HFA loan appraiser. Camryn truly went above and beyondaEUR"her professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail made the process smooth from start to finish. He gave me excellent guidance as we made our way through the selling process. I always felt like Sean had my back. Sean touched base with me almost daily throughout the sale. I always felt like I was his most important client, although I knew he had many other homes listed. He was succinct in his advice and never wasted my time. He had a solution for every problem that arose. Since I inherited the home there were a few curve balls that came my way and we were able to successfully negotiate through them. We had been looking to downsize for a couple of years and chose Ben Heimark and Tony Loupe, both with the Fox Real Estate Group, to help us find a new property and sell our old property. The end of January we finally found on one of the listings Ben had been emailing us regularly a good possibility that ended up being the place we knew we could make our new home.
