We had such a great experience with Mandy and her team! Mandy helped us sell our home in June where we got a great offer in less than 48 hours. We worked with Brad to purchase our new home and couldnt be happier! Brad traveled long distances to show us any home we had interest in. As a result, we ended up finding the perfect one which we love so much! Renee in the office is amazing too!! Always on top of things. Sara responds to texts and calls very quickly. We felt like she really listened to what we wanted and were looking for, even when we changed it frequently! She had great insights into the home buying process (were first time home buyers) and is a really good resource for the handy-man buyer. She was well versed in the current housing market in the areas we looked at and when she saw something she knew we would like, she made sure we heard about it and jumped on the opportunity! We were able to buy this home because of her understanding of our preferences and quick acting to get us to view and offer. We never felt pressured to buy a certain house and she was open and honest with us about the pros and cons of each home. We really appreciated her quick and individualized work!
