Kevin was amazing to work with! This was our first experience buying a house and he made it so easy for us. He was flexible and accomidating when we ended up pushing out timeline back a few months. When we were finally ready to start the process he had all of the paperwork ready at our first meeting and explained everything. Kevin really listened and understood what we were looking at in a house and helped us decide that a townhome was best for our budget and the place of life we are in right now. While touring he was honest and knowledgeable about the work that would need to be done to update a house or things that might need to be done in the future. When we finally had an offer accepted we ended up having to negotiate some fixes in the house before we would close. Kevin did all of the work to make sure we got an electrician out quickly and made sure the sellers were doing things properly for us. He was always available within an hour or two for a phone call, even on the weekends. I would recommend Kevin to anyone! He did a fantastic job and we will likely use him again in the future.

Mandy was there every step of the way for us. She knew our preferences and didn't waste our time looking at houses other than those she knew were in our range of desire. More than once her knowledge of construction and remodeling saved us from buying what would have been a bad investment. Mandy and Shane are sincerely the best in the business!

In my opinion the absolute best Real Estate Group to use if you REALLY want to sell your home is the Kruse Rosby Real Estate Group with Shane and Mandy. When we decided to sell our home, we invited multiple realtors into our home to get a sense of what we would need to do in order to sell our home and the estimated sale price. What a difference in our experience between realtors! The first realtors came into our home and were primarily concerned with the amount and location of our furniture, then when it came to price aEUR" because we had very few aEUR~comps the suggested price shocked us. The recommended price was nearly $200,000 below our eventual sale price. Yes, nearly $200,000 below! Shane and Mandy arrived as a team. Shane mostly focused on the character of the home, paint, cleanliness, condition of the windows, lighting, etc. for which he was well suited as an ex-contractor and painting professional. The advice we received was spot on. We needed some work on a few windows, some lights, and a bit of painting to prepare the home for market. The absolute best part was they had experienced professionals ready and willing to help within days. We did not have to find anyone to do the work, they had them ready to help us. Everyone who worked on our home was top notch professional, fairly priced, and friendly. They were honest about the lack of aEUR~comps for our somewhat unique property, but were willing to price it more reasonably near the top of the few aEUR~comps we did have and work with us to present it properly for the market. We found them honest and forthright, we did not have to make unnecessary changes to the home in preparation for sale. And they went far beyond helping us sell our home, they helped us get our new home ready for the move. We needed carpet, paint, cabinets, and countertops in our new home. They knew for us to sell our home, we needed our next home ready for the move, so they helped us with experienced professionals prepare the home aEUR" and that home was 80 miles away! We had experienced professionals paint the entire inside of the home, epoxy the garage floor, carpet the home, install wood flooring and make new cabinets. Again, they were there when we needed then, we did not have to wait months or even weeks, and they arrived quickly. I have sold a number of homes in my life, but have never received this kind of support and advice from a realty team. I suggest you give this team a chance to help you buy or sell your home.
