ZillowVERIFIED Mandi is great!! We were shopping around for houses and also shopping for a realtor. Mandi sort of fell into our lap because she was the most informative and quick to respond. After meeting with her a few times and getting a feel for the type of person that she is we knew that she was the realtor for us. We found our house on zillow and she helped us through the process. The house was for sale by owner and after meeting Mandi they also came to the conclusion that she is awesome and we're willing to happily work with us and having a realtor. She got on the paperwork quickly and made sure everything was sound. We had some issues with our lender and she was right on top of helping us get everything squared away, even weeks after closing. We would happily use Mandi again if we ever decide to buy/sell again. After the whole process was over we feel like we gained a friend. We have and will continue to refer Mandi to friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED We had put my husbands parents house on the market about 2 years ago and had a horrible experience with a different agent. My daughters both have bought and sold homes with Mandi, so when we decided to put the house back on the market they recommended her to us. We are so thankful that they did! Mandi had an offer on the table for us within a few days. She helped us through the process with ease.

ZillowVERIFIED Mandi is amazing! She has been my realtor for almost 4 years now. She helped us find our lot and helped us through the building process. She always makes sure she has time for any questions or concerns we may have had. In the last year she has shown us a number of houses and never has made us feel any pressure for not being ready to commit to moving!

ZillowVERIFIED Mandi helped us sell AND buy our home all within a month! She sold our home so quickly, in less than a week on the market. Then she worked so hard for us by showing us multiple homes and snagging us our dream home literally the day it came on the market. She is one of a kind. The absolute best!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife Nicole and I had the pleasure of working with Mandi throughout the purchase of our second home, and we were nothing but thrilled with the experience. From the minute my wife and I met her we knew we had the right person in our corner. She was personable, knowledgeable, and made herself completely available to help with our questions/concerns. She was understanding and flexible with the odd hours we work (one days, one graveyard), and never once hesitated to setup a meeting later in the day. She was supportive throughout every step, and gave us regular updates on the progress of our home's build. Truly we can't say enough good things about Mandi, and the whole team at Century 21.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I had to sell our house and were building a new house at the same time. Mandi did a great job at balancing both sides of the process. We ran into issues with selling our home and she went to bat for us and got the deal done. She has an incredible knowledge of the real estate market and uses it to her advantage. I would high recommend Mandi for all your Real Estate needs

ZillowVERIFIED Mandi helped us get into a beautiful home very quickly. What was great was that she was knowledgeable about both new construction AND existing homes in the area and was able to find exactly what we were looking for. Mandi was there every step of the way and although we knew she has a large client base, we always felt like we were her only clients. Thanks Mandi!Andy & Melissa

ZillowVERIFIED We are just about to close on the house of our dreams thanks to Mandi's awesome work! She has been fantastic to work with! She has been super quick about getting us any information we have asked for. We had a super tough list of needs and a smaller budget than most of the homes that matched up with our needs list. She worked hard and found more than we ever hoped for. All around we are very pleased with our experience with Mandi! She has become a friend and I would recommend her to anyone. Likewise, if we were ever to sell our home we would call Mandi!

ZillowVERIFIED We had our house listed with another agent for over 9 months with no results, no showings, no open houses. Mandi took over, HELPED us get the house organized to show it the best way possible, had a couple of open houses and sold it within 3 months. All her work was done during a lull in the ecomomy/market. I wish she was in Idaho now helping us find a house here because I know she would find us what we want and help us get it for the best price possible.

ZillowVERIFIED What is there to say, Mandi took the reins of the sale of my home and before I knew it, it was sold. She was above all professional and kept me involved every step of the way. In my opinion, she is the best realtor in the Tri-Cities area without question

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Mandi was incredible to say the least. We were first time home buyers so the whole experience was a bit intimidating for us. She helped us every step of the way and explained everything in detail. She went out of her way in all hours to keep in contact with us and let us know what was happening. We will without a doubt be calling her when it comes time to buy again!

ZillowVERIFIED Mandi is absolutely amazing! Me and my husband are building our first home and it has been so great with her by our side, we came in to this a little nervous and unsure but she has made it a wonderful experience! So happy we met such a great person who truly cares about our needs, and who has made us feel very comfortable during what we thought would be a stressful/crazy time.
