From the first showing to the moment we closed on the property we selected, we knew we were in the hands of a true professional. Mallory and Leah wanted nothing more than to find us the perfect home that fit all of our NEEDs and as many of our WANTs as possible. Their expertise, dedication, and passion for real estate are simply AMAZING. Mallary never stops working. We teased her because she would answer emails at 11 p.m., 12 a.m., and even at 1 a.m. Sometimes that is what it takes to get first in line to view a property that goes on the market the next morning. Leah would spin on a dime and in very short order show us homes slowly identifying what we were looking for by picking up queues and asking us qualifying questions. Leah was able to preview homes on our behalf and was able to save us time and energy by removing homes because they were not worth looking at based on previous concerns found in other properties. We had a great rapport and Leah knew what we wanted. Attention to Detail. That is exactly what they do. It best describes what they strive to do with each and every client and with each transaction. Mallory and the whole team at Attention to Detail are amazing! So glad that we decided to have their help when navigating buying a house for the first time. Mallory is an incredible real estate agent. We were out of state, first time home buyers, and looking for a property to house hack. I thought this would pose an extra challenge, but it made no difference to Mallory. We identified a property we were interested in, her team sent us walk through videos, and we decided to submit an offer. Our very first offer was accepted!! Afterwards, Mallory walked us through everything we needed to know from inspections, roofing quotes, negotiations, etc. She is totally on top of it and very responsive. She has contacts for everything which made the process very smooth. She also worked well with our mortgage lender which we had established prior to starting to work with Mallory. We will be looking for another property to house hack later this year and without a doubt, we want to work with Mallory again. She truly lives up to her name and knows the importance of even the smallest details.
