We learned about him when we received a cold call from him on a listing he had on another unit in our community. The fact that he was going to such an effort to get the word out about his listing rather that just posting it on the Internet and moving on impressed us, so we kept in touch until we were ready to list our unit a couple of months later. From our first in-person meeting to our closing, Alex and his team of specialists did a wonderful job in a first-class manner. The photos and listing description turned out great (and I am picky). The listing went up exactly when we wanted - a few hours after we closed on our new home - and we had an offer within two days and a contract within three! Granted, our unit showed well and the market was such that things were moving quickly, but I know that Alex's work to price the unit right and present it so well helped us get the best possible deal. Additionally, Alex always kept us in the loop and was easy to reach, quick to respond, and overall very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend him!
