Alex and his team went above and beyond with my home sale. I originally engaged Alex years ago when I bought the home, and I knew from my experience then that he was going to help with my eventual sale - given I expected to be in the house for about five years. I kept in touch with him over the years, and he was able to advise about projects I had going on around the house - always with an aim that I would eventually sell. The sale went smoothly and he did everything he could to market the house. He even used drone footage. Any time we hit a rough spot in negotiations, he was able to use his expertise to smoothen out disagreement between the parties. One example is an issue arose that could have severely disrupted the closing, but he rose to the occasion to expedite certain diligence that needed done just days before closing. I'd recommend Alex for both buying and selling a home. 10/10.

Sammy was an amazing realtor who really cares about his clients and works to get them the best price for their house. Sammy helped my husband and I buy our dream house, when we didn't think it would be possible. He assisted us in looking for homes in the areas we selected, was accommodating with his schedule in touring, including same day touring, and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. You cannot have a better experience than working with Sam! Sam is engaged throughout the entire process and is extremely communicative. He looked at houses for us, was accommodating with his schedule for touring, and ultimately found our dream home. During negotiations he got us a very fair price with closing costs included. We were a little stressed out during the process before we met Sam and he made it an enjoyable process with his positive energy and genuine interest in helping us. If you want the best deal on a home with someone who is an expert in his field, you wont find anyone better than Sam.
