ZillowVERIFIEDMattie Davoud is, by far, the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. She is knowledgeable about the area, and willing to take all the time necessary to find exactly what you need. Mattie is available. She responds immediately to any questions or concerns you may have during the buying process. I was impressed with her negotiating skills and felt she got us the best deal possible. I would give her twenty stars if I could. Yes, shes that good!

ZillowVERIFIED Mattie worked really hard for us and found us the perfect home. She was willing to show us as many houses as we wanted and was extremely pleasant every step of the way. I cannot stress enough how we felt like we were her only client with the personal service she gave us and the speed at which our questions were answered - minutes, not days.

ZillowVERIFIED Mahtab "Mattie" Davoud is phenomenal at what she does. She worked with me every step of the way during the home-buying process. She was responsive to my questions (and would even respond on weekends and evenings). She exhibits a vast knowledge of the properties which are available in the Bulloch county area. Mattie always has a positive and pleasant demeanor and working with her was an extremely pleasant experience. She's definitely top-notch!

ZillowVERIFIED As we prepared for an interstate home search and move, we called a number of agents for information. Of six we spoke with directly, Mattie was far and above the best. While others were hard to reach or waited days to respond, she was always available and prompt. We chose her to be our representing agent for our search, relying heavily on her for knowledge of the area, searching for potential homes, and extensive research to ensure homes met our needs. She was amazing from start to finish and helped us find and purchase our perfect home. My only wish would be to being her back with us to sell our other home. Incredibly helpful, professional, and personally invested in her clients.

ZillowVERIFIED Mahtab has been very helpful throughout my experience buying a home. She was very knowledgeable about the homes that were available and was able to give helpful advice for all my inquires. Being a first time buyer, Mahtab walked me through the home buying process and taught me a lot. She gave me insight and always let me know what to expect. She was always available by phone, responsive to emails and even met last minute request. She is also a fighter, which made me happy she was on my side. This saved me time and money. I would recommend her to anyone and am very pleased with her services.

ZillowVERIFIED Mahtab is an amazing realtor. We are first time home buyers and had no clue about the process other than from the internet. Internet really scares you about realtors. Mahtab was highly recommended by our friends and I just gave her a call and everything fell into place after that. She was patient and understanding all along. She showed us plenty of homes and gave her insights as required and was not pushy. That gave us space to decide and definitely was able to get answers for all our questions. At the end we got the home of our dreams. Overall, I am very satisfied with Mahtab and will highly recommend her for anyone in and around Statesboro.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Mahtab Davoud is a blessing. This Agent goes above and beyond to work for you and to help you achieve your goals. She researches into the market and provide you with the best possible properties within your reach. The most surprising thing is that she responds to emails as late as 10pm. She is never too busy to take your call or reply your email. I could not have bought the house I succeeded in buying without her help. When the selling agents where making it difficult by requesting that documents be signed and returned within 24hr, you can imagine what it means for somebody who is from out of town. Yet Mahtab had to get to her office very early to pick up an over night delivery of documents and took them over to the lawyers. She handles her clients cases as if they are her personal case. I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently purchased a house and Mahtab did a wonderful job in showing us the listings. She will always reach ahead of us, patiently waited till we are done, never rushed for anything. Also, she was quick in responding to emails and texts. Right from showing the listings till we buy the house, she has helped us in every aspect. She is very knowledgeable around the statesboro area and she is really an expert in real estate. We are very happy with the purchase we made and I would give the credit to Mahtab for getting us a house we always dreamed of.

ZillowVERIFIED Mahtab was extremely instrumental in selling our house before it was ever actually on the market. She kept me focused and directed towards my goal. It was a difficult time for my family and she was understanding and sympathetic when I got frustrated and down with the entire process. She was always available and would respond quickly whenever I called or texted her. She was invested in the process till the very end! I am highly pleased with the outcome.
