We were moving from Tampa, FL. Even though this was "only" a rental, and we were over 1000 miles away, Maggie went after the task with enthusiasm and knowledge. We found a perfect rental, and moved in Sep '19. Then beginning this year we set our sights on purchasing our forever home in Western Loudoun County. Maggie walked us through the process in detail, gave us knowledgeable and sound advice (even had COVID related stats and numbers at the ready), and was with us every step of the way. Her quick response time to questions via text and email is amazing! In our situation she had to work twice as hard since the Seller's realtor was basically non-existent. This was a real differentiator from other realtors I've used in the past who relied on their own experience which is good, but this was extra level. She was very good at explaining things about the local market in Loudoun that are different from my past experiences that informed several decisions I had to make along the way.
