Family told us about how the home buying process was a difficult and nightmarish thing to go through but Im adamant they didnt have some as competent and thoughtful as Mafe. She helped us go through location after location and loads of different areas; made her schedule work with our messed up schedule and was determined that wed find and obtain the home we wanted for the price we could afford. Mafe displayed that she was incredibly well versed in her field. Doing so by pointing out things my spouse and I easily overlooked and things we didnt consider. She made the process fluid and calm as well as reassuring as we knew she was more than competent. They have amazing marketing tools and are so knowledgable, Mafe came over to my house told me what I needed to do. I did exactly what she said. And we listed.. went into multiple offers TWO days on the market! Got over asking! Soo pleaded with their team. Also purchased a house with them.
