I have been a Realtor in Northwest Florida since 2004 and have a strong working knowledge of the inventory, contracts and all aspects of Real Estate, due in part to the 60+ hours I dedicate each year to teaching other Realtors. Since becoming a Realtor, I have been Director, Realtor of the Year (2014) and President (2014) of the Pensacola Association of Realtors. As a Military Relocation Professional, I make it my top priority to assist our Military Service members and their Families with seamless transactions, whether to buy, sell or lease. Supporting local families and businesses has always been close to my heart, thus prompting me to become a member of the Navarre Chamber of Commerce. I listed our home on Zillow. When I got an offer, I turned it over to Lynn and her team who handled it from there. She was responsive and highly experienced. Our sale negotiations and closing issues went as expected. Lynn charged the normal buyer's agent fee and worked hard with a difficult buyer and title/inspection issues to get to closing on schedule.
