ZillowVERIFIED Lynn helped me buy my first home and then helped me sell it 13 years later. When I was buying, she knew which areas had which features. I wanted natural gas so that eliminated east Kennewick back then. I think she drove me to nearly 20 houses in two days and the last one we saw on the second day was the one. Purchased for asking price and she negotiated seller paying closing costs! Score!! During the sale, she knew exactly what needed attention and what didn't!! Why bother with extra work that won't be value added. She made an amazing walkthrough montage of all the different areas of the house and paid extra attentions to the details during staging. She may seem a tad OCD but we had an offer on the house 23 hours after listing. Sold and closed in 40 days!! I would definitely use Lynn if I was staying in the area!

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience working with Lynn was wonderful. Our listing and sale were part of a corporate relocation package. From the very start, Lynn was attentive to so many details. Putting the house on the market in mid October was not the best time of year to try and sell a home, but Lynn and her team enthusiastically pursued the challenge, and went the extra mile in many ways. Lynn personally provided a nice array of staging items which complimented the home, and kept the entrances and carpets dressed for each showing. Marketing was supported with open-house events nearly every week. Despite working through several offers which fell through, Lynn maintained marketing momentum and visibility. Despite downward market pressures, we were at a good price point, and successfully held a firm asking price. It took a little more patience, but eventually we received a full-price, cash offer which closed less than two weeks later. Through it all, Lynn demonstrated persistence and actively participated in her role as our listing agent. We would absolutely recommend her services to anyone. Thankyou Lynn!

She made suggestions on showcasing the house, and all were well taken and paid off. When she came in to take pictures, she addressed other minor details, and have to say took better pictures than many professionals. Very good composition and eye for detail. Luckily for both of us, the house sold quickly pretty much hassle free. However it remained empty until closing, and for my peace of mind, she came in and checked on the house regularly. Aside from her professionalism, Lynn is great, very personable and easy going. She is open and honest, knows her stuff, immediately responds to texts while in the showing/sale process (this was a big deal for me), great agent to have on your side!
