ZillowVERIFIEDaEURoe5 out of 5 Stars!A I highly recommend Lydia Clark of Long & Foster Real Estate as a realtor.A We sold my elderly fathers house in Purcellville VA earlier this year under difficult circumstances and Lydia provided very helpful advice and found a buyer at a reasonable price in a very short time period.A We basically had just a few weeks to sell his house between his hospitalization and move to an assisted living facility and Lydia helped us with information to ready the house (which was in poor condition due to lack of maintenance) and identified several potential buyers.A She guided us through the sale negotiations, was very responsive for questions and issues that came up in the process,A and once sold, took the initiative to find places and people to donate the left behind furniture, clothing, kitchen items, and food, hence saving these items from the landfill.A She went way above and beyond to help us work through this sale. ZillowVERIFIED Lydia Clark was an absolute godsend for my family and I. Her in depth knowledge of the insane real estate market of northern Virginia in 2021 was impressive to say the least. What was truly inspiring about her showed in her passion to get her clients into the right home at the right price. From the first property we saw, I felt like I was looking at homes with a friend as opposed to an agent. Her bubbly personality complimented her professional approach and made the stressful and time consuming home buying process a true delight. She was always available and beyond patient with me and my lack of real estate experience. Her eye for detail was impressive as she brought up areas of concern in several properties that undoubtedly kept me out of a money pit. Our trust in her knowledge and expertise was unwavering through the whole process. ZillowVERIFIED Lydia is the most amazing realtor I have ever met! She immediately came up with a sales and marketing plan to sell my home and had tons of ideas that I never had thought of. She is extremely professional. She steered me though the entire process and "held my hand" all the way through. She got my house sold in 3 weeks and helped me to find a rental place for me to live after an exhaustive search. She had the patience of a saint! Most of the other realtors I have previously worked with were part-time while they had another job. Not Lydia! She is a full time professional realtor and that professionalism is demonstrated everyday in her knowledge and enthusiasm. She is extremely knowledgeable and helped me solve problems re the home sale, and other problems I had that had nothing to do with real-estate. She could not be more helpful. She is extremely accessible by phone, email, and text. She is just "all over it!". She is also deeply rooted in the communities that she serves, which is a huge plus. I recommend her highly!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Being in Texas and having to try and find someone we could work with in Virginia we thought was going to be a challenge. Lydia was recommended to us and she was the best thing that couldve happened to us. She spoke to us months in advance before we even evaluated the house to put it on the market. She was open and honest and upfront about the process, what needed to be done to the house, and what we needed to do to sell it. When we ran into issues that were unforeseen she jumped right on getting things taken care of. She was great to be a local resource since we could not be there locally. She worked with contractors to make sure work was done to the house before went on the market. She did everything she could to market the house so that it could be sold. We were happy from the time the house went on the market until less than three months later when we closed on selling the house . Literally was a godsend and I would highly recommend her to anybody that is looking to sell or buy their home in the Virginia area of Loudoun County.

ZillowVERIFIED Lydia was beyond amazing with helping us find our first home. We were the most difficult people during our house search and Lydia didn't even bat an eye. She took time and didn't rush us through to any offers on each house, which was a huge thing for us.. In every home we saw, she would be all over the place, checking things new homeowners would never look for and making sure it was perfect for us, or that we could make it perfect. She would absolutely not allow us to purchase a home she didn't think was "the one" and I am so grateful for that. I can honestly say that Lydia is more than just a realtor to us now! She is officially part of the family. It really is about more than just the sale to her, and you can tell. My wife and children we in Florida finishing the school semester while I was in DC working and looking for a rental home in my spare time. She displayed great patience waiting for my house to sell in Florida and for timing to be finalized. When I was ready to look, she responded immediately and spent all the time I needed helping me understand the area and the local real estate market. With my wife in Florida, I was on my own to find a house. Lydia got to know my needs and wants, talked with my wife to understand what she was looking for, and showed me a variety of houses to further understand our tastes. I completely trusted and appreciated Lydia's advice and open communications. Once we found the right house, the owner/agent was relatively unresponsive. Lydia went out of her way to buffer me from all of that and make the process as simple as it could have been. When my wife and kids arrived, they LOVED the house. It was perfect. Being a less than usual clientele for this area, we were having problems finding property to suit our needs (# of bedrooms, parking, cost). Lydia was able to help us figure out our rental requirements and quickly locate a number properties to meet those requirments. She assisted us through the entire rental process and she bent over backwards to make it all work. She was extreamly knowledgebale, professional and responsive.
