Lucinda expertly helped me through my first home purchase! Everything could have been much more overwhelming than it was, but Lucinda's calm, reassuring demeanor and expertise helped keep me calm from start to finish. She was kind, responsive and I absolutely trusted the guidance she gave me. I couldn't be happier with the outcome! I would enthusiastically recommend Lucinda to anyone buying or selling a home!

We asked Lucinda for suggestions to make our house appealing. We followed her advice. Listed with multiple showings on the first day. Accepted offer next day. Could not have been a better experience.

We would highly recommend Lucinda to ANYONE looking to buy or sell their home!!! She has a great personality, and well known in the community. She goes that extra mile! Knowing we were in a time crunch, Lucinda ensured that she could do every and anything to accommodate our needs, budget & schedule. She knew what types of homes we were interested in and made sure to stick to just that. She and Angie Newman both helped my husband and I all the way through the process of purchasing the place we will be calling our forever home place!!!!

My husband and I had an excellent experience with Lucinda as our realtor/buyer's agent. She was knowledgeable, professional, and very quick to respond to texts/emails/calls. While I am sure Lucinda has many other clients, she made us feel like we were a priority and was patient and helpful until we found the right home for our circumstances. We would not hesitate to recommend Lucinda to others and would ask for her assistance again in the future.

We were so impressed with Lucinda when we purchased our current property that we sought her out when we decided to sell another property. Lucinda was very responsive and in both cases she looked our for our best interest. I would highly recommend her for anyone buying or selling in the local area.

Lucinda tried to help me in many ways to sell my home. She is very knowledgable about the process, the loan process, etc. She is a very kind lady. I was impressed at how quick she always called me back. Jake

My experience with Lucinda was excellent. She took the time to ask what I was looking for and followed up by notifying me of all possibilities. Due to the nature of my work, she worked around my schedule to show me a house. No matter how long or how many times I wanted to look at a home, she was very willing to take the time to accommodate me. Her knowledge of the Franklin County area made it easier for her to find homes for me to look at that suited my need and wants. When it came to making an offer she was willing to work greatly with me no matter how many times we had to negotiate back and forth. Not only was her expertise appreciated while looking for a home, but her friendly, caring personality was also. Since my home purchase with Lucinda I have recommended her to others.

Lucinda found my dream house for me. And best of all at an incredibly low price. Due to her negotiation skills the bank paid my closing costs and I bought the property for 65% of its appraisal value. When I had trouble finding a bank with terms I liked she even directed me to a great loan officer who got me a mortgage I could live with and rock bottom interest rate. For the last two years anyone whose asked me about a realtor Lucinda had been the one I referred them to. She's the best!
