ReviewStraightforward, knowledgeable, incredibly kind, and patient! We were referred to us by a family member that found success selling their home, we have sold our rental with her help and she is the only one we want to hire from now on.

After having our house on the market with no success, Louise had a buyer after talking to us AND before we had it listed. She knows the market, and knows what needs to be done to get your house sold.

Review We had previously tried to sell our house with land, but with no success. The previous agent didn't have experience in the type of property we had. When we decided to try and sell again, I found a site that gave us recommendations for agents. Before I had a chance to reach out to any of them, Louise called. She came and looked what we had, discussed what we wanted. A hour and half after she left, she called to tell me she had a buyer...before we evened listed. One week later, we accepted a full price offer. She kept us updated throughout the process, is extremely knowledgeable, and delivers on her promises. We highly recommend Louise and her staff. Review Louise was referred to us by a friend for being very knowledgeable and professional. I have to say she was absolutely the best in the area. She showed us more than we asked for and matched us to the most perfect houses. We wished we could of put an offer in on all of them. We had been looking for months in another city to no avail. We looked with her and found our forever home in a weekend. Process was so smooth and easy. Great office staff helped a great deal with paperwork and making sure all the inspections were ordered on time also. She will be our lifetime agent now!

Review As with most of these other reviews, Louise and her assistant Breana did a fantastic job selling my first house turned investment property. I added a fresh coat of paint to the entire house, installed new flooring throughout the house, and finished the whole house remodel I had started years prior. The house was 100% ready to sell and it had to sell quick. For tax purposes, it was very important that the house sold and closed within about 6 weeks from the list date. Louise came up with a marketing plan and quickly executed with an open house the first weekend. We had an almost full list price offer accepted ($5k under) and the house in escrow within 4 days! Escrow and all of the paperwork came through from Louise and Breanna faster than I could fill it out and sign. They had the property closed within one month from the list date. All questions answered expeditiously, respected all of my thoughts and expectations and always steered us in the right direction. They are the best hands down!

Review Louise was almost instantly responsive every single time. The times I did "wait," I don't think 30 minutes ever passed before I received a reply from either her or her pleasant and affective associate, Breanne Jimenez. They kept us updated frequently, but not intrusively.Louise and Breanne were consummate professionals and Louise's experience showed in everything she advised and executed. Selling a home was a terrifying and nerve-wracking process and she instilled full confidence in me and my wife the entire time. Most importantly, they executed - she advised us of what she expected from the market, she made a gameplan with us, and she executed it quickly and seemingly tirelessly. She will do whatever it takes (within ethical bounds) to get your house sold. One last note - we had to sell remotely and she and Breanne handled the entire headache of getting the property ready for sale. It was almost effortless on our part. We are very grateful to Louise and Breanne!

Review We were very pleased with the service we received on the sale of our home. We feel that Louise and Bre went well beyond our expectations. We were moving out of state and Louise researched and found us a wonderful agent in that state. Moving out of state adds another level of stress to the process and Louise helped us every step of the way...she even helped us pack boxes. Job well done!!

Review Putting your trust in a realtor when you do not live locally can be a lengthy process. (Add to that, a previous experience of a realtor who did not give me good service.) After many hours of reviewing the many agents in town, I decided to go with Louise based on her numbers and qualifications. I called her. She said she could sell my home quickly - I was a bit skeptical. She said she could get my asking price - I was a bit skeptical. She said she did things differently than the others - I was a bit skeptical.Louise proved me wrong on all points! She not only sold my home at list price but had an offer within five days of listing it! I HIGHLY recommend Louise and her great associate Breanne as the group to SELL your home.

Review Louise is an experienced and talented real estate agent with a vast network of people in Bakersfield who work in remodeling houses. She has sold two houses here in Bakersfield for me and both times the houses received immediate offers. You can't do better in this town than Louise, that's for sure.

Review I consider myself to be a very seasoned real estate investor, and I found Louise Juracek to be one of the best realtors that I have dealt with. I started investing in real estate in Bakersfield over 30 years ago and since that time I have bought and/or sold approximately 50 properties, which have ranged in value from $15,000 to in excess of $1.5 million. During my time as a real estate investor I have had the opportunity to deal with numerous realtors, and for a period of time my wife was actually in the business. Hence, I feel well qualified to evaluate realtors and quite frankly I have dealt with many that give the business a bad name. Conversely, I was very impressed with the level of service and professionalism that I was provided by Louise and her team. Further, the transaction in which she represented me on was problematic given the age and condition of the property. I was particularly impressed with the fact that despite the fact that this particular property had a low value (and hence a low commission), Louise gave the transaction the same level of service and attention that I would expect for a transaction where the value of the property was ten times that of this one. It is without hesitation that I recommend Louise Juracek.

Review Ms. Juracek has been at my side through more than one real estate transaction over the years (sale and purchases of a home). I would not want another real estate professional. She is ethical, honest and very knowledgeable about the Bakersfield market as she has been here through all it's ups and downs. She is a passionate negotiator regardless of whether she's representing you as a buyer or seller and has a killer instinct for details. I trust her with all my real estate needs.
