In 2019 we bought with Miguel. Before this point we had bought and sold twice. Since this point we have bought and sold twice more. Miguel was the worst realtor we have ever worked with. He lied throughout the process and represented his own interests and not ours as buyers. We were told that the buyers were ok with us doing a rent back. Turns out we couldnt and had to stay in a hotel because we were notified a day before (coming from out of state). He would get snippy with us and spoke to us disrespectfully many times. Saying insane things like, aEURoewhy is this so hard for you guysaEUR? frustratingly while simultaneously half explaining things and lying. As a buying realtor your job is not hard. Yet, he managed to still be incredibly useless. We might as well have just represented ourselves throughout the buying process. I thought many times about reporting him and I meant to write this review a while ago but because of the tumultuous state of our deal I didnt get around to it. We were from out of state and I think this is, in large part, why he thought he could do the things he did and why he has so many good reviews. Likely theyre local. Not using him a year later and profiting a high margin off of our home was the best thing we could have done. Dont buy with him. Especially if youre coming from out of state.

Natalie did a wonderful job! She kept me informed every step of the way. There was no guess work for me whatsoever, the communication was excellent. I was thoroughly impressed with her all-around efforts. I definitely recommend her if you're in the market for a RE Agent.

Working with Daniel was a great home buying experience. From our first meeting when we discussed local market trends, home values and my budget, Daniel was incredibly communicative. He promptly answered my emails, telephone calls and text messages. Daniel explained the entire home buying process and what I should be expecting. Daniel was very motivated to show me homes in the neighborhoods I wanted to live in. After viewing homes for sale and discussing my options, Daniel showed me some new construction homes that were available. After viewing the homes that were available and discussing the incentives, I found my new home. Daniel's personal approach and commitment to my best interests made my home buying experience relatively stress-free. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Daniel to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Sonia was amazing she was very responsive and knowledgeable . She helped us buy our first home we did not know to expect but it was really easy with her she broke down everything and explained it so we understand step by step . We will forever be grateful for her .
