Once the offer is accepted by the seller he was very actively involved, helped us to a great extent in regards to home inspection, home repairs, handyman job, property management etc. in other words the whole nine yards of purchasing and closing the property. ZillowVERIFIED We are out of state buyers. Early this year, we were looking for a cabin in Gatlinburg area. We didn't know where to start so we sent inquiries to several agents. Louis was the first one who responded.He's always pleasant, honest, patient and never pushes us to buy a property that we didn't really like.When we came to Gatlinburg to meet him for the first time, he showed us around. We were not sure how to differentiate a good or bad cabin and this is where Louis shines. He's honest and knowledgable about location, rental market and cabin build quality.He's patient in answering all of our questions and finally, when we found the cabin that we love, we were comfortable in asking Louis to go there to check on the property.He went there on the same day, took pictures and gave all the good and bad about the properties.Afterwards, we made an offer based on what he told us. When it was time for inspection, we went there for the first time and for sure, he didn't disappoint us. Whatever he told us before was exactly what we were getting.There are few companies that we needed to make the cabin ready for rentals and Louis gave recommendations. ZillowVERIFIED Louis was one of three realtors helping us search for a rental cabin to purchase. We live out of state so trusting a realtor was most important. Of the three we started with, he was the only one who actually listened (answered his phone each and every time we called) to our search parameters and actually found us several options. We were insistent on an impressive view of the mountains as our #1 priority and other agents said we would have to read each listing because there were no search options for that criteria, pretty much telling us to figure it out on our own and to call them when we picked one. After submitting options to them, they did not respond to us for days after our request. Louis took the time to go through literally hundreds of listings and telling us about not only the view but also the rental history and all of the important factors about the properties. He went above and beyond what I would say is expected of a realtor especially when we sent him our choices that we found on our own because if he didn't know something about that property, he quickly researched and found out for us. He listened, responded and finally found us the cabin we finally purchased. He worked nights, weekends, and holidays, never once giving us the impression that we were asking too much of him. He knows the area like the back of his hand and can tell you which homes are in profitable areas and which are not. He was instrumental in our rental cabin purchase and we simply could not have done it without him. I would recommend him as your #1 realtor to find the home of your dreams or a rental property that is profitable because he does his homework and relates that information in a timely manner.
