I used Lorraine as my listing agent in November because she was supposed to be the #1 realtor in Solivita. Our experience with her was very disappointing. She was very disrespectful of our wishes and what our home was worth and was very reluctant to list it at the price we wanted and then it actually ended up selling for more than asking. Throughout the entire process, Lorraine was unprofessional and condescending, talking down to my husband and me on every conversation we had. I found this frustrating as I am paying her to work for me and she failed to recognize that. Your realtor is there to help you throughout every step of the process and make it easy, but she made it more difficult. We loved and enjoyed our time and neighborhood in Solivita but this experience had us leaving on a sour note.

We were moving to Solivita from up North 5 years ago and had zero knowledge of the central Florida market in general nor the retirement community in particular. A friend referred us to Lorraine and enlisting her help was like winning the lottery.
