We have moved, sold our homes, many times in the past and Ms. Valdes is by far the most professional, attentive and knowledgable realtor we have had. She was always responsive to our needs and, at least, of equal importance our concerns and anxieties. This was a trying experience for us, in large part but not exclusively, because of our advanced ages. This factor made the entire experience difficult and she was there, without hesitation, to help us through and calm the waters. We are deeply indebted to her for this. Another factor that made the sale difficult was the market which did not put the seller in a favorable position but she was ever present with creative ideas which did lead to a successful sale.I can not say this strong enough, so suffice it so say that my wife and I consider ourselves very lucky to have had Ms. Valdes representing us. We think we could never have made a better choice.
