(Now the backstory) When Lorie & I had met the first time to go over ideas to sell my home she brought a lot of great ideas & information. Lorie helped me set a suitable price for my home. After I had agreed to allow her to sell my home she hit the ground running. Since my home was completely empty after moving out Lorie brought in some of her own items & staged my home to sell. She made my home look extremely nice for a buyer. Lorie did a fantastic job because 10 days later I had a contract on my home. Lorie kept in contact with me every day & let me know of the progress of the sale from the time I signed the contract to allow her to sell my home to the day of the closing. Lorie made my home selling go as smoothly as it could go. I greatly appreciate everything Lorie Crabill did for me & I would HIGHLY recommend Lorie to any person interested in buying or selling a home.
