She worked hard to negotiate a great price for our house. Since we were coming in from out of state, she had great advice on the mortgage company to use and on the home inspector to use. Even after closing she has followed up with helpful advice on contractors and services we need. ZillowVERIFIED Lori came highly recommend from a friend, who is also a realtor. She was spoken very highly of and I was excited to partner with her to sell my house. The processes started well, but while my house was on the market, she had some sort of personal issue that happened and she didn't respond to texts, emails, or phone calls for more than two weeks. I didn't even know that she had an assistant until I reached out to my friend who put me in touch with the assistant to try and find out what the issue was. While I understand personal matters happen, what upset me is that Lori didn't pass me off to an associate in her office, or even have the assistant reach out to stay in touch. Her lack of response got so bad that I threatened to fire her if my house wasn't under contract within one week. That's apparently what she needed and 6 days later my house was under contract after two months on the market (when houses in my neighborhood at the time had been going under contract in three weeks or less). I strongly feel that her inability to response or even keep me in the loop with what was going on or have an associate reach out to me is what took my house longer than average to go under contract. I would not recommend Lori based on how she handled everything. I understand life happens, but as a professional she handled this extremely poorly
