You are reading this because you are probably shopping for a REALTOR(R). Good for you - too many people do little to no research when choosing an agent to help them buy or sell a home. Often times people will just use their pastor's first cousin, or neighbor's wife's ex co-worker, with little thought as to what a BIG decision it is and how impactful their REALTOR(R) will be in the process. It's not a one size fits all.

What makes me stand out in a literal SEA of choices? Honestly, I think back to Kindergarten and ask myself... "How would I want to be treated? What qualities would win my trust and loyalty?" The answer for me and, I hope for you too, is I want someone with experience, dedication, commitment, and drive!

Born and raised in Northern Virginia, in a real estate family, I've lived in this area for over 20 years. We have deep roots in the community. My husband is a local law enforcement officer (30+ years) and, besides working in Real Estate since 2003, I'm a swim team Mom - (go NORTH & WAHOOS!). I know this community, the neighborhoods, schools, and where new developments are coming.

I affiliated myself from the beginning with Coldwell Banker Elite, which along with this area, has grown tremendously over the years. Our Stafford office has been the #1 Real Estate Office in VA for 20 years in a row. It truly is a FAMILY of amazing agents, who support and encourage one another. The management and staff provides the support and ongoing training, as well as making available the most up to date technology resources, that are necessary to navigate todays ever changing market.

I'd love the opportunity to use my experience, relationships, contacts and local resources to your advantage and help make your next move a smooth, fun transition! Please feel free to email, call, or text me. I'd love to talk with you about your real estate needs.
