Loretta Rossomondo

Welcome! Loretta is a comprehensive full-time agent with a significant amount of real estate experience as well as a strong financial background that can provide you the dedication and know-how needed to suit your real estate needs. Loretta has lived in the Northern Virginia area since the late '70s and can provide you with first-hand knowledge of the area. During Loretta's Real Estate career, she has received numerous awards and recognition's. Loretta's a lifelong student and efforts to continuously educating herself has contributed to this recognition and the trust earned from her clients. Along with achieving her Broker's license, Loretta has also earned several designations: GRI, Graduate, Realtors Institute; CNE, Certified Negotiations Expert; MRP, Military Relocation Professional. This career field is ever changing and an informed Realtor is the best advocate for their clients. On a personal note, Loretta is the daughter of an Air Force veteran who retired in the area and whose immediate family members all call Virginia home. Loretta believes in giving back to our military and volunteers with the USO Family and Warrior Center at Ft. Belvoir. Loretta has several passions. A love for animals resulted in having practiced as a licensed veterinary technician in an emergency clinic; owned and showed horses; and right now has a wonderful cat, LuvBug, at home. Loretta sings in a couple of classic rock bands always looking forward to the next gig. Lastly, Loretta was a Motorcycle Safety Instructor (MSF) for years and still loves to ride in this beautiful area where we live. As you can see, Loretta is passionate about family, friends, volunteering and hobbies. It's this same passion and dedication that she gives to her clients!
