We started working with her through another company looking for land for a manufactured home. Well land is hard to come by around here as far as trying to find it cheaper. When that fell through I asked if she would help us find a stick home, and she was very excited and happy to help! She was always ready to answer questions and was a text or call away if I had questions about a place. Well we closed on our house on the 24th and she was there by our side. She is such an awesome person whom we think very highly of and was proud to have her help us. Thank you for all you did for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Loretta is the absolute BEST! She is knowledgeable, friendly and so easy to work with! We would send her houses we wanted to see, in addition to her also finding houses for us. She set everything up and drove us all over looking at 5, 6, 7, 8 houses at a time until we found the perfect house for us. When we first viewed it, there was a huge chair there that matched our existing furniture perfectly. I don't know how she did it, but she even got the sellers to leave the chair for us!! She's incredible!! I would recommend her over and over again to first time home buyers and experienced buyers alike. We moved from Florida and had a thousand questions after our closing and move in date. We reached out to Loretta and she always had an answer for us or got one really fast. She gave us such piece of mind and that is something we can never thank her for enough.

It took us two months to sell and she kept us updated throughout the process and responded quickly anytime we had a question. She was always available, even when she had to go out of town she made us feel like a priority. Shes not content unless you are. Shes also more than reasonable with her commission fee. She was very accommodating considering we had a very large area of the state we were shopping for our home. She went way above and beyond expectations helping us view her walkthroughs of the prospected homes being we were out of state and could not physically be on site for the viewings. She also drove an hour or so to walk the house we ended up purchasing. We worked with Loretta via phone, email, text msg and digital signing tools on the internet, because we didnt have the opportunity (or the need!) to meet in person for the four months it took to sell our home. Working remotely with her was such a professional pleasure, I can only imagine personal contact being even better! The sale of our home involved FSBO contingencies, post-close occupancy, counter-offers and a failed contract due to our buyers situation. All of these were handled promptly by Loretta, as she kept us fully informed with her accurate and timely communications. She answered all our questions fully and promptly. What was most valuable to us was her exploitation of electronic communications, which saved us much travel, time and effort as we worked with paperwork and signings. Not all agents have that ability, so make sure the agent you choose is very literate and comfortable with working with you online. If we werent moving from this area, we would definitely be working with Loretta on our next real estate project. We highly recommend Loretta Edgemon!
