I felt like I was fortunate because I got two people for the price of one. Barbie and her husband work great as a team. My house purchase.I thought would be difficult as my wife and I live 600 mi. away. It has been 30 years since I've been through the process of closing on a house and had a lot of what I considered stupid questions. But I was reassured, there was no such thing, and they answered all my questions and were very professional. They stood in my corner and made sure all of my requests for repair to the house I was buying were met.
