We have One Daughter, Kristen who is attending Mercer University College of Pharmacy. Loretta did a great job in assisting with the purchase of our home. She has over 20 years of experience in this market area. She was in constant contact with me. I never felt like I had to hunt for information because Loretta was always there with my answers. If she didn't have it immediately, she got me what I needed before the end of the day. She helped negotiate an agreeable purchase price. Then once the home inspection came back, she negotiated further concessions to cover a few minor items to be corrected. Loretta did everything I could have expected to assist me. I would recommend her to family and that is a high recommendation for me.
