Being a first time home buyer can be confusing, time consuming and at times difficult to understand the world of real estate. Londi was our saving grace in helping us understand the market and she was very quick to respond to all of our questions. During our house shopping experience she would make sure we knew the pro and cons of each property, with the knowledge of knowing what we were looking for in a home. She really took care of us and would even call us after her normal hours just to send us an update on the property. When we were ready, she was already saddled in to take us along for the ride to buying our first home. I was working with two different realtors concurrently, one in Medford ( Londi Sutton) and one in Bend Oregon who I thought was OK, but Londi hands down was the most professional to deal with, quickest to respond and always available, friendly, respectful.
