Sutton Homes Realty, LLC

Londi Sutton did an excellent job for us. We showed her a property that we wanted that had already been sold. But she immediately grasped what we were looking for and found a house near the same location that was just what we wanted. She acted fast to get our offer in before another couple that had been looking at it when we arrived, and our offer was accepted. Not only that, but she was also able to resolve any issues immediately. She is a lovely person to work with and we highly recommend her.

Being a first time home buyer can be confusing, time consuming and at times difficult to understand the world of real estate. Londi was our saving grace in helping us understand the market and she was very quick to respond to all of our questions. During our house shopping experience she would make sure we knew the pro and cons of each property, with the knowledge of knowing what we were looking for in a home. She really took care of us and would even call us after her normal hours just to send us an update on the property. When we were ready, she was already saddled in to take us along for the ride to buying our first home. Londi is professional, detailed oriented, kind, compassionate, flexible with schedules, a hard worker and she will have your back 100%. We highly recommend using Londi Sutton for any and all of your home buying needs.

Londi did a wonderful job in selling my house. She was tenacious in a difficult market, and left no effort undone until she found a buyer. Londi obviously loves her profession, and is very good at it. She is also a very nice person, a delight to work with, and I recommend her highly if you are buying or selling a house in Southern Oregon.

I was working with two different realtors concurrently, one in Medford ( Londi Sutton) and one in Bend Oregon who I thought was OK, but Londi hands down was the most professional to deal with, quickest to respond and always available, friendly, respectful. When necessary she was tough and convincing in negotiations and her expertise and advice proved to be correct over and over. She is an expert in Southern Oregon realty. I don't think you will find a more dedicated and professional realtor in Oregon. I recommend her highly and without reservation. Mike Glenn

I've worked with Londi in purchasing six different investment properties over the last seven years and would highly recommend her services. In the early stages of my property search she was extremely patient and supportive. She provided essential advice and insight assisting me to narrow down the criteria I needed to make decisions. Once I had identified properties that met my needs she worked quickly and efficiently to secure the purchase and to protect my interests in the negotiations.
