Because I had worked with Logan when I was a mortgage loan officer and he was just starting his career as a realtor, I knew he was a motivated professional with a great work ethic. I remember when Logan was starting Modern Realty. He had a modern view of how to sell real estate, and it works. Recently my condo, along with 45 others in our Village West Condo Association, was devastated by a May flood in our city. It was going to be very costly for us to rebuild them, and we thought we would have to walk away from them. I called Logan and asked if he would look at our situation and help us figure out a solution. To make a long story short, he helped us close deals on all 46 condos, and though we still suffered loss, we walked away from closing with some money in our pockets. What seemed to be a hopeless situation with us continuing to pay taxes on our uninhabitable condos turned into a positive situation with a developer buying all of our homes. AND THERE IS ONE MORE THINGaEUR"- Logan did all this work out of the kindness of his heart. HE DID NOT CHARGE ANY OF US A COMMISSION FOR THE COUNTLESS HOURS HE PUT IN TO MAKE THIS DEAL HAPPEN. ZillowVERIFIED Logan stepped in when someone else had left me without letting me know he was done. It was a difficult situation with a buyer that kept postponing and I was having issues with my bank. My house had been destroyed in a flood and I was not able to make it livable. It had to be sold for way less than I owed and I was about ready to just give it back to the bank (which they weren't happy with Of course) Logan stepped in and was able to negotiate with the bank and get the sale finished. I couldn't have had a better outcome under those circumstances. I know it was a difficult situation but he just came thru and basically saved my financial future. Just a great guy!
